Hello like minded people - ))

I didn't know about this site, until yesterday - one of your members in a mk3 golf sitting on borbets awaiting a tdi conversion - told me about it. I'm grateful

I've had a selection of vw/seats in the past, standard and modded.
mk3 polo fox coupe - bass box on oz volcanos
mk2 black ibiza 2.0 8v cupra sport - standard, ended up sideways through hedge & post and rails, nose rolled and parked on its side in a tree - very foolish
mk2 kiwi ibiza 2.0 16v gti - body kit - already on, not a favourate, and a pain to change the wheel, side skirts ((, rigid on bilstein suspension and ss - loud, noise and colour - written off as the lady driver said she never saw me??!!
mk 4 golf 1.8t gti - current vehicle - standard set up, black and anthracite tsw, g60 clutch, skimmed head, chipped - work in progress.

favourates - mk1 golf, mk3 golf, mk1 coupe and mk2 coupe

cheers for the heads up - mart, and the welcome from everyone else.

just popped into stone, see a guy called dave jenkins (his brother races 2 x mk5s, a mk6, and a couple of scirocco r s in the vw cup) so they know their stuff.

Hopefully take car there, as initial conversation seems positive, plus saves travelling to otherside of newcastle to psi tuning for car parts and service.

Will get pictures up, and keep all upto date with progress
