| im after lowering kit for my car, dont wanna spend more than 200 on it, was thinkin of Philj ones from clubpolo. wanted drop it bout 80/90mm (f+r).. My questions are..
1. does anyone know any fairy cheap places to get them fitted? 2. are philj ones good value and reliable? 3. otherwise does anyone know where i can get any others for a fair price under 200. |

| ebay specials are 170 quid and will go as low as you need, philj does coilovers fitted for 280. the spring kits i assume you've looked at are for mk 1 - 3 polos, as they have a different suspension set up, not allowing for cheap coilovers to be fitted. It can be done by yourself quite easily, just read up on it |

| Ill have a good look on ebay for these.. didnt wanna do it myself, think id mess it up but if its simple enough ill give anythin a shot. i literally want it on the floor. mate of mine had a set fitted for £80, 20 a corner which i thought wasnt too bad, |

| Try hot tuning cheap coilovers but dead easy fit and 120mm max drop plenty.. |

| I've heard good things about JOM too, they're good for the money, but they're obviously not as good as FK's and the like... |

| tbh budget ones will be the best for you as your not going on a track and its not as if you hammer the death out of the car everytime you drive it |

| I've got some JOM coils for mine, MK4's are just a ball ache to fit.

| every time i have summat to do on my car, summat always goes wrong, gets in the way, like some bolt that wont budge etc.
might just take it to a garage with the kit and let them do it. i know its £80 roughly, might seem a waste but at least it'll be done.
how do you lower and raise them at your own free will?? |
