 need some help key problems

i still have a keyfob from my mk4 golf i had does anyone know if i can get this programmed to work on my bora as would be good for another spare then
and does anyone know if the blank fobs off ebay are any good as the buttons are **** on myn

I got a new complete flip key off ebay was only about £30 works a treat, you can programme the remote in yourself, the transponder needs to be programmed in with the proper gear, try Longton Locks. I just took the transponder chip out of my none remote key cuz i don't use it and put it in my new key
