| I could rock an s2k but I wouldn't fancy the running costs... a mate had one when he was 20 and was paying 3k to insure it and over £80 per week to run it as eveywhere he went was foot to floor... it was a goregous car but not at that cost... German built motors for me.. they live up to their name... But if I won the lotto I'd have a few JDM cars in the back of the warehouse... |

| Where is the vote for both VAG and JDM?
The Japs and and the Germans have top build quality, specially in the 80s/90s.
Id run a twin turbo, manual Supra all day long.... |

| I've had lots of jap, and a few vag now and its a pretty simple one for me, jap from before the early 90's is pretty cool ie. supra's, skylines, zx's, ae86's mr2's, march superturbo's, miatas (even my hilux). After that they and may be technically brilliant but they have no soul.
Vag and old jap for me then. |

| i had a good drive of my mates scooby wrx and yeah it was fast and sounded mint but the gears clutch and steering were set in cement the dash feels like a wheelie bin it has no turning circle and when you shut the boot it echoes so loud as there is no soundproofing or carpet in the boot |
