Top Gear Winter Olympics

Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May travel to Lillehammer, Norway for a special edition of the show, themed on the Winter Olympics.

The show consists of Winter Olympic sports that have been adapted to be played using motor cars, with the losers of each challenge having to eat golden snow.

Top Gear: Bolivia

This episode features the presenters James May, Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond travelling 1,000 miles through from the rainforests of Bolivia to the Pacific coast of Chile. The presenters used pre-owned off-road vehicles, bought locally in Bolivia for less than £3,500 each

Polar Race

It was an attempt by the crew to be the first to drive a motor vehicle to the 1996 location of the Magnetic North Pole.

Botswana Special

The three presenters, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, travel to Botswana to buy a car for less than £1500, and use it to travel from the Zimbabwean border to the Namibian border, a trip of 1,000 miles

Vietnam on Bikes

The challenge, to travel 1000 miles (1609 kilometres) from Hồ Chí Minh City (Saigon), in the south of Vietnam to Hạ Long city, near Hanoi (Hà Nội) in the north in eight days, was undertaken by regular presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. The destination for this challenge was a floating dock in Ha Long Bay. The primary vehicles of this special were motorbikes.

US special - the one with the dead cow on the roof

The presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May attempted to see if it was cheaper to buy a car for exploring the southern part of the United States for two weeks rather than renting one.
