Just wondering if anyone knows much about these engines and best way squeeze a few more horses out? Smile

re-map mate always a good option then exhaust panel filter maybe an intercooler new clutch the list goes on

Its a similar engine to what is in my mk3 both have 90bhp.

I would stay away from the tuning boxes and go for a proper remap. I'm also changing the turbo on mine for a mk4 130bhp.

The BVR Caddy has a 90bhp Tdi, fitted with 110 Tdi injectors, panel filter and a really aggressive map - goes like stink for a van Smile

Make sure the turbo fits and doesn't foul the o/s engine mount, we had a mk4 1.9 Tdi 90 bhp turbo sent out once for a Caddy and only noticed when it wouldn't fit.
