never been a fan of Osram... had some in the MINI when I owned that and considering I paid over £60 for a set of bulbs they didn't out perform the cheeper option... I like these xenon max as they are a nice bright white and unless you go for the higher wattage which are not road legal then these are probably one of the best you can get..?? I thought about HID's but I didn't want any hassle from the boys in blue or the MOT tester... plus for some reason they just don't look right... Thats why I have another spare set in the garage... as they are fitted in main and dipped then with LED side light bulbs to remove any yellow light from the cluster... |

| Stuck some Nightbreakers in the van, they work very well for me. Just need to sort out an uprated wiring loom now. |

Talked to my brother in law about HID's as hes an MOT tester and i was concered as my Golf has them and he says all the stuff you read on forums etc is ****. As long as they adjusted correctly for direcion etc they will pass an MOT like anyother lights and as for plod not liking them, thats just it they dont like them. They will pull cars like ours just cos thy can but you wont see them pulling a high end Merc Audi or BMW with HID's from the factory. You can retro fit them just make sure the aim is correct and you are fine. |

| Nar mate just not a fan... If I was upgrading then I would change them for a set of real xenons with the washer system but not forking out over £500 notes so I'll stick with these bulbs :P |
