have got a bora tdi 115
just had it mapped the other day now want to get more power from it
have been told by the bloke were i got it mapped to change the standard boost pipes which will give me a little more bhp (but cant seem to find them for a tdi)
also the car does have straight pipe powerflow exhaust from the cat back
and iam also gettin new down pipe and cat taken out
can people give me more suggestions in which direction to go

i know the main options are intercooler but iam a bit clue less on the rest lol

oil cooler decent panel filter with drilled box and intercooler mate then stage 2 re-map but id stick a good clutch in it

i know cc tuning reccomended a seat sport intercooler from a leon to harry when he had his mapped it fits in the same place but gives gains of upto 30 bhp mate ask him about that. for the panel filter i have a cotton green one claims to give 5bhp i think cc will do the stage 2 map and a clutch you will find on ebay or awesome gti or psi tuning or venom motorsport

sound cheers mate have seen the forge intercooler set up for harrys model golf and have asked them and waiting a reply to se if that will fit a bora
and so far my next steps are downpipe and de cat from powerflow
then delete the egr valve and then get the sfs boost pipes
then will go onto spending a bit more money on intercooler ect

cheers, that intercooler would be worth a look for harry to think its around £560 from forge with all fitting pipes and clamps ect seems good for the price

Fit a PD 130-150 turbo?

Panel filter will give small if any gains. Id deffo loose the EGR valve.

ahh forgot about the turbo yeah like mart says or stick a hybrid on there with bigger internals

ask apul his fabia vrs was extremely fast for a dizzal

we were going to donnington 5 of us in it and easily out accelerated a 182 clio without trying too hard
