lol, that was the old vid when it was running a measley (sp) 480bhp it was rr at regal the day before i collected it at 552bhp Smile

lol.

word travels fast. coolant light came on. once topped up it was boiling the coolant in the expansion tank. turned out the air bleed on the top of the rad top hose was capped off. so this was vented and topped up with more antifreeze and let to run up to temp etc and all is now fine.
Going to alter it slighlty so as it retuns back into the top vent hose of the heater matriz so it can if needed vent the top hose of the rad if the coolant runs low. As its got a bigger rad the top hose is more or less level with the coolant bottle so if this drops to min then air can get in. Sad

but shes back out on top form again now.

quality mate!! with all that power and changes to the engine you are bound to have issues at least it was an easy fix

You need some hoses from a Renault 5 turbo as they used to have bleed valves built into the pipes as they used to do the same.

on top of the top hose to the heater matrix is a small 12mm black tube that goes back to the expansion bottle as an air vent. i was going to run the 12mm pipe from the top hose (which is currently blanked off) and connect it into this with a tee.

I'll show you next time paul as its easier to point then for me to explain. lol

need to edit that, the carbon weave is a golden yellow type colour the seat is black.
