A mate of mine is seriously struggling to get insurance at 17 after his test. We are trying all the ticks we know of and all conparason websites.

He has no car so he is unsure what car to get. I said a 1L Nissan Micra.

But lowest on the above car is £3000

Any ideas or companies to try?

tesco and direct line are owned by the same company RBS as i found out when i crashed into that bird in october i started with liverpool victoria and they were the cheapest but that was 5 years ago
