Never fitted one but i know a boost gauge is easy to fit.

Run a small vacume pipe off the turbo to the gauge as far as i'm awhere.

turbo timer isn't worth it really,

after a long run i just take the last few miles abit slower and stand for 2 minutes when finished the run

i cant really see the point as the car is realitivly standard the turbo wouldn't get that hot, read the had book, they just recomend driving slower and leaving the car at tick over after a long jorney, i aint worried about mine and i drive manchester a few days aweek and back, i just use the a34 to let it cool down, and aslong as you are constanly moving air will circulate around keeping the turbo temp down,

if it was worth it vw would of fitted 1
