UK Passats - The Gathering 3rd & 4th July

This year we organising a Gathering for all VW marques, not just Passats. We are not expecting massive figures, and are trying to encourage a nice easy going show for all types of VW.

The cars on your stand at All Types were nothing short of awesome, and it would be great if you could come along to our show.

Sounds like a good one, just another reason to camp and drink and look at cars!

We went to the airfield yesterday, and went into Market Harborough to drum up a bit of interest.

The venue is spot on, if the weather is the same as it was yesterday, it will be cracking. The gliders are taking off, landing and soaring about all day long. The facilites are spot on, we have even managed to secure an area of hardstanding with running water for a quick wash for the car, should you wish.

Whilst in Market Harborough, we met a bit of a local legend by all accounts. A guy named Franky. He is/was massively into the aircooled scene, and still knows loads of people as he now runs a bakery/sandwich shop. He said he will spread the word, and might even attend himself.

Hope a few of you guys can come down, as this could turn into a nice little event.

I am for sure!

Going to get down there for 12 tomorrow. By all accounts we have manged to encourage a few of the aircooled away from BVW.

The weather is looking cracking so should be a good low key event, just right for enjoying the sunshine.

Also we have now got the prize fund for the raffle to over £1200 worth of some very tasty gifts.

I hope some of you can make it!
