I've had a nightmare. My 500GB external hard-drive is playing up

On there i've got loads of stuff n have slowly been re-collecting stuff from music to documents to software to pictures etc etc...

However; I had LOADS of HoodRide pictures, saved off their website, along with stencils and HoodCasts! I used to spend hours on that website trawling through rusty Splitties to surfboards used as flowerbeds, and everything inbetween. The website is no longer running and I want some pictures back. They seem to be lost forever, so I was hoping y'all might have some stuff stashed on your hard-drives?

Shocked and disbelief is not the word.

Just been searching for stencils & stuff on works PC, and came across a HoodRide thread on TheSamba.

Can't actually believe what happened to HoodRide. What a bummer.

Oh well. Long live VW's anyways.

your hard drive is probably savable.

when mine bust I took the drive out of its case and plugged it into my old tower pc as an internal disc, this bypasses the usb interface which is what is usually knackered.

Or you can pay a geek to recover your data from it

mine goes down all the time ow.. usually can save it all.. tells me its not formatted..
