Anything of note I should know about?

I've changed the struts and springs on my old R25 before, is this any different?

I just got a set off E38 for £60, need to use my topmounts and have no C Spanner...

Any help is appreciated!!

Cheers,

Skott

Should be straight forward enough pal. Only things i can suggest is to buy yourself a decent C-Spanner, then before fitting wind them right up (even remove the springs) and give all the threads a good clean!! also copper grease the inside of the adjuster nut and threads of the shocker. That way fitting everything will be made a hell of a sight easier.

Good luck

I've got plenty of copper grease and I shall remember to wind them all the way up!

Is a C spanner available from Halfrauds etc? Or is it more specialist than that?

Should be available from most good motor factors or tool suppliers Smile

WD40, spray everything you'll be undoing 24h in advance.
