help needed with mk3 golf Vide

my drivers side window is stuck up, iv got the door card off but there is nothing visually i can see its all inside the door, the motor is clicking when i press the switch........ im pretty much stuck, any help or ideas more than appriciated

Check the A pillar, there is a rubber boot.

Broken wires here is a very common problem.

as we found trying get the rear window out that one at your unit lol
