They will fit but you will need conversion hoses as the fitting on the caliper is not the same.

You need a set of these Goodridge hoses part number SVW0506-2P http://www.amazon.co.uk/Goodridge-Braided-Brake-Volkswagen-Caliper/dp/B002RNN0KA
