| Just removed the in boot changer and fitted an in dash 6 disc in place of the driverdynamic thingy.
however when powered up and cd selected it says no cd changer, i know in some cases that it needs to be activted via vag com, but surely if its had a changer before then it should work again easily enough without the agro of plugging it in.
any one know, or any one handy with vag com??

| is it the original changer?? im guessing its running from a standard vag head unit??
ive got one you can try at the meet mate if it works then you know its the changer id let you buy it but its going in my dads polo l |

| its a standard in dash 6 disc changer to a gamma hu.

| ive been told that it needs activating on vag com ive been sent the code etc and how to do it but just need a king sole with vag com to plug me in baby  |

| the laptop i use for car diagnostics is knackered need to get a new one with xp on .or else i would have bought it on Sunday .  |

| it gets addictive and you start to realsie that driving like that causing the little red guage to get closed to the little amber light |
